The following day you’ll enjoy a tour of the Margaret River region, home to Western Australia’s finest wineries and breweries and a region of outstanding natural beauty with lush forests, spectacular surf and limestone caves. During your full day tour, you’ll visit the waterfront city of Busselton and Mammoth Cave to see ancient fossils as well as a winery for a wine tasting experience.

Your stay in Perth also includes a visit to Rottnest Island, with its stunning white sand beaches, aquamarine clear waters and a variety of incredible wildlife. A guided coach tour will take you to some of the island’s highlights such as the Wadjemup Lighthouse and the rugged West End. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then spend the rest of the day at your leisure before the Rottnest Express ferry delivers you back to Perth where you’ll continue your stay in the city.

Admire the striking city skyline or take a picnic to the verdant Kings Park and Botanical Gardens. Take a whale watching tour, swim with wild dolphins or climb up to Reabold Hill Summit Boardwalk for stunning views.

Fully escorted tour of Margaret River Region

Step into the heart of Western Australia’s wine region as you explore the beautiful scenery and fine wines that put this town on the map. You’ll be spoilt for choice as you discover the underground world of Mammoth Cave, admire the divide between the Southern and Indian Oceans at Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, before arriving in Margaret River. With a Mediterranean-style climate and vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see, Margaret River is now recognised as one of the premium wine-producing regions in the world. Here, you’ll enjoy sensational food, fine wines and witness stunning beaches and ocean cliffs that attract surfers from all over the globe.

Full day trip to Rottnest Island including a Swan River Cruise

Enjoy an early morning ferry to Rottnest Island where you will be able to see the sights during a 90 minute tour and enjoy a Swan River cruise before lunch at a local restaurant. There’s an optional guided Quokka Walk or you can spend the afternoon at your own leisure. You could hire a bike to explore one of the islands 63 beautiful beaches or take a dip in the ocean before heading back to the centre of Perth for your hotel stay.
