Touring Norway by Train

Norway is where majestic mountains meet lush green valleys and deep blue fjords to create postcard perfect landscapes. Not to be outshone - its 25,000 km coastline is also lined with breathtaking mountains that guide your eyes to waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. Whilst Norway’s natural wonders provide the perfect setting for activities such as hiking, paragliding, sailing and more, cities such as forward-thinking Oslo and colourful Bergen also have so much to offer those who visit.

With such an abundance of pristine natural beauty to be taken in, it’s no wonder that Norway’s rail network totals over 4,000 kms including one of the northernmost railway stations in the world (located in Narvik) and an international railway that connects with neighbouring Sweden. And to top it all off, you can even take a train to the Arctic Nordkapp in search of the famous midnight sun!
